This progressive Intro Series is the first phase of our Tango 100 program, and designed for brand-new dancers:

Options: You can sign up for either Wednesdays or Sundays or do both with a LATA Membership (See full schedule below).

After completing the intro series, you can join our ongoing Tango 100 course (Level 1.5)

Pricing

LATA Membership includes all tango classes at $145/month (see schedule below)
Level 1 Intro Series are month-long programs priced per class at $20 when enrolled as a full series ($80 for 4 weeks or $100 for 5-weeks)
Drop-ins are $30 at the door, space permitting (no pre-registration)

Once you advance to Level 1.5, you may attend any Level 1 Intro Series complimentary. This allows you to reinforce fundamentals, support new dancers, or learn the other role.

The series format ensures a consistent learning experience, steady progression, and a shared foundation for all students.

Please wear comfortable clothes that allows you to move your legs freely.
Please wear low-heeled, comfortable shoes with a closed toe. If you already have some type of dance shoes; (character shoes, ballroom shoes etc.) those are fine to wear! Leather soles are preferable, but you can also get by in sneakers with a hard rubber sole like Puma, Converse or Tom's shoes. If you have no suitable shoes, socks will do just fine!
