La Salida Basica

• stretch legs in back walk, weather in parallel walk or in cross system (ochos)
• stretch torso forward at the same rate as the leg stretches backward
• always pass through the center/(collect without stopping)
• keep the right hip tucked
• the rhythm of the rock step & ocho cortada: quick quick slow - make sure to slow down back leg on the "slow" beat before the ocho cortado
