  • relax shoulders
  • reset during the dance to pull the lats down & relaxing the shoulders
  • push into the ground with the heels to get grounded and to lift yourself up!
  • spiral in the ocho/pasada to slow down turn and keep focus on leader
  • turn out in side step
  • push down big toe in extension of walk
  • keep standing leg relaxed in pasada
